Ivana is a large five bedroom villa with lovely countryside views. It is situated along the road between Cala San Vicente and Pollensa. The villa is furnished and decorated in traditional majocan style. The main entrance is under the front covered terrace and leads straight to the lounge dining area with beamed ceilings and equipped with a flat screen satellite TV and sofas. To the left there is a nice fitted kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and a microwave. On this level there is also a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Stairs leads up from the lounge to the first floor where there are four more bedrooms, two of which share a terrace, and two full bathrooms. The bedrooms comprise of three twins and one double. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units. The large swimming pool has roman steps and is surrounded by a lawned garden and a paved terrace in front of the house. The garden is fringed on three sides by hedges and trees and is enhanced by a raised, furnished dining terrace which extends along the length of the house. There is also a built-in BBQ.
