The villa was spotlessly clean and save for wifi had all the capabilities required. The facilities were great and really matched our requirements. The pool was fantastic and was cleaned regularly. The outdoor space was super with plenty of shade available. The lack of air conditioning was not a concern, as explained prior to booking.

Details Superb 4 bedrooms villa located in a privile area of Burriana beach. Sea. The villa offers a high standar in accommodation and facilities.
Villa Pérgola is a great holiday rental house with a nice and comfortable outdoor area. It is ideal for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday , close to the beach and close of all facilities and amenities of the town. The villa is built on two levels and all rooms have exterior views. The house is very fresh and wide for the convenience of its guests.
On the first floor at street level, we enter to the wide hall of the house. To the left is the wooden kitchen fully equipped with dining area and outdoor access. Opposite the entrance door some sliding doors lead us to the bright and spacious lounge with access to porch and pool. It consists of cream-colored sofas and entertainment with TV and satellite TV To the left of the hall we find a double bedroom and a family bathroom.
Stairs lead us to the upper level, where there are three double bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms and dressing room each one. All bedrooms are access by a terrace with sea and surrVilla Pérgola has a magnificent and spacious outside area accessed by different points of the house. From the living room and from the kitchen.
From the lounge you have direct access to the covered terrace, furniture with wooden tables and chairs where you can enjoy a great al fresco evenings with family or friends. There is a large swimming pool with Roman steps and jacuzzi. Barbecue, sun loungers and parasols are available for usingoundings views.

This villa on the Costa del Sol, is located in Burriana beach area , in a quiet residential area and recently built , just only 2 minutes driving from the center of Nerja and 10 minutes walking to Burriana beach , where you will find restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The use of jacuzzi is optional and have an extracharge of 250 eros per week.
