La Proa

LAYOUT: This large villa beautifully decorated and with strong personality is spread over two floors and connected by an internal staircase. Upstairs we have three twin bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a very bright entrance hall overlooking the lower floor where the lounge is located. One of the bedrooms on this floor has a private terrace with panoramic views. Downstairs we have a large double bedroom which has a private lounge with fireplace and an ensuite bathroom. A large detached kitchen, fully equipped and a bright living room with access to the terrace . EXTERIOR: The terrace is on the same level as the dinig room and has nice outdoor furniture,from wich you can enjoy incredible panoramic views while dinning of the Mediterranean Sea and the town of Moraira. Also at this level is the barbecue. At a lower level is the pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. It has an outside toilet to avoid having to enter the house when out. The access to the villa we do through a sliding door where there is room to park two cars . LOCATION : Situated in a quiet development . A 5 minute drive from the beautiful town of Moraira.
