LAYOUT: The villa is spread over one floor, where there are three bedrooms (one with double bed and two twins) and two bathrooms (one en suite with shower and one with bath). We also have a large living room with comfortable sofas and a big TV. We have a fully equipped kitchen and a covered and furnished terrace. EXTERIOR: The villa has an enclosed plot with space to park our car. A terrace in front of the house with chairs and a beautiful kidney shaped pool. The land has a garden with gravel and various trees. There are several seating areas and a large pergola wich brings shade to a furnished terrace on wich you can have your summer breakfast. LOCATION: Located in a quiet and little urbanization of Benitachell, 15min drive from the famous village of Moraira and its splendid sandy beach.
