Casita Sol

This lovely villa is situated in Entrepinos, a quiet area in Javea but no more than 10 minutes drive from the other areas of this exclusive Costa Blanca resort. Casa del Sol is placed centrally in the spacious grounds. A few steps lead up to a naya entrance terrace and into the comfortably furnished and bright main sitting/dining room. An archway leads into a small hall way with the fully fitted kitchen on the right. The kitchen has a door onto a terrace and has steps leading down to the garden and a shaded dining area for al fresco eating.
The double and twin bedded bedrooms together with the family bathroom are to the left along the hallway. A further double bedroom is reached by its own entrance on the lower level of the villa. This self-contained area has its own bathroom with walk-in shower.
Outside, a few steps between terraced flower beds lead to the gated pool and terrace area. This area is newly constructed and has been designed to take full advantage of the sunny aspect of this property and give spacious pool side sunbathing. There is shaded car parking to one side of the villa.
There are 3 supermarkets a few minutes drive from the villa and a little further is the Arenal beach offering sand and sea, so perfect for families wanting beach fun. Here is a good choice of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets; this is an area with a bustling and lively atmosphere and a nightlife for the young and not so young. Also of interest is the fishing port where freshly landed fish can be bought from the quayside or an easy walk around the marina admiring the vast variety of boats moored as well as the scenery. The historic old town has a weekly market as well as shops, bars and restaurants amongst its typical narrow Spanish streets. This part of the Costa Blanca now has many excellent golf courses - the nearest just 10 minutes drive away.

Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob/electric oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. Door to kitchen terrace which has a table and chairs. Steps down to lower bedroom and garden.
