Description:

This delightful villa offers plenty of space for enjoying a holiday in thesun. The garden and property are on one level and has various areas for relaxing, sunbathing as well as eating inside or alfresco.
It is typically furnished for a Spanish casa and has all the necessary facilities for a relaxed holiday. The garden is secluded with a pool set to one side adjacent to the sunny terrace. There is a table set in the garden for eating in thesunand another in the shade for when the temperature rises. A large separate BBQ area also has dining seating. The gardens are particularly pretty with a great variety of plants and shrubs.
There is a restaurant just opposite and another two within an 8 minute walk. The villa, located in the Pinosol area of Javea, is just a 10 minute drive to the sandy family El Arenal beach where there are shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The old town and the port of Javea, both just a little further, offer other choices for entertainment and shopping. Javea has many sporting activities available sailing, scuba diving, jet skiing and golf to name just a few.

Door to large enclosed naya with cane table & chairs furniture; hi-fi unit: Large sliding windows overlooking pool & gardens.

Entrance from dining area into fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, double sink, electric oven with gas hob.
Leading to utility area with washing machine, then back garden and BBQ area

Private pool, terrace withsunloungers. Purpose built BBQ area with seating for 6. Covered terrace with table and chairs for 4 and pool shower. Also set beneath a Palm tree a round Spanish style table with seating.
Lockable driveway leading to covered car port.
·Service

Upon arrival at our office we will then take you to the villa.
Villa cleaned between lets. Also weekly refresher clean and linen change. Hand/bath towels provided.
Swimming towels can be supplied at an additional modest charge.
